Using a Ring: Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits comfortably and compare it with the chart below.

Using Your Finger: Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimeters, and match it to the circumference in the chart.

Tips

  • If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, choose a size that slides comfortably over your knuckle while fitting securely at the base.
  • Wider bands tend to fit more snugly than narrow bands, so you may prefer to size up by half a size.
  • A properly fitting ring should feel secure enough that it won't slip off easily, while still sliding over your knuckle with gentle resistance.
