At NUVORI Jewelry, we offer a 100-day return policy. You may return eligible items within 100 days of the original delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be new, unworn, and unused, with no scratches, marks, damage, or signs of wear.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, certificates, documentation, boxes, and any accessories received with the order.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Please contact us before initiating a return. Our team will review your request, confirm whether the item is eligible for return, and provide the correct return address and instructions.
• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deducting any applicable return processing charges.

• Items that are damaged, worn, altered, resized, repaired, or returned without their original packaging and documentation may not qualify for a refund.
  
• NUVORI Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
